Franklyn Geerling is a trainer at Gladwell Academy.
Franklyn is a scrum trainer and coach with a background as a software developer and business analyst. Around 2009 he came into contact with Agile for the first time and a year later he started his first sprint as a Scrum Master. Since then, he has devoted himself entirely to continuously improving collaboration between people throughout the value creation chain.
As a Scrum trainer he makes the connection between theory and his own practical experience. He teaches you how to use Scrum as intended and shares openly the lessons that he himself has learned - by trial and error. With an infectious enthusiasm, he challenges you to discover your full potential and make it bloom.
In addition to providing training, in recent years Franklyn has guided many teams, Product Owners and Scrum Masters with the transition to Agile Product Development. In addition to a great deal of knowledge and experience, Franklyn also has the ability to create a safe and trusted environment, a healthy breeding ground in which the synergy between team members fully comes into its own. Franklyn regarded Agile and Scrum as a continuous exploration.
In this voyage of discovery, he is inspired by Henrik Kniberg, Ken Schwaber and the PST community of Scrum.org. Franklyn is a certified Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) from Scrum.org and is therefore authorized to teach and examine the following Scrum.org courses: Professional Scrum MasterTM (PSM) and Professional Scrum Master IITM (PSM II)
