As an Agile Coach, Dennis specializes in team performance, whether it concerns product innovation and development, business operations or operations.

Dennis has worked a lot with self-managing and multifunctional teams as a trainer and Agile coach. Over time, he has gained vast experience in areas such as continuous improvement, customer focus and team collaboration. Rather than working from best practices, Dennis uses empiricism, in which knowledge derives mainly or entirely from experience, and close partnerships to discover, create and retain value.
Dennis's strength is to grow team performance. He uses his technical experience, insight into people and knowledge of Lean, Agile and Deep Democracy to show customers the path to success. His experience as a leader in a variety of situations, from digital development teams to teams of managers, trainers and developers, helps him to be successful with his teams.
In addition to his work, Dennis enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid sailor and photographer, serving a variety of good causes with his expertise.
