We store your data in a secure manner
We ensure that all the data, which you have provided us with, is stored a secure manner. Anyone who has nothing to do with your data simply may not have access to it. Registering for a training
To register for a training course, we require your name, email address and sometimes also your phone number. This enables us to schedule as well as keep you informed about your training. We only pass your data on to other parties if this is necessary for the training, i.e., for taking examinations. We require that such parties treats your data with the same confidentiality as we do.
We store this information for the duration of the training and, in the case of training certificates, during the duration of the certificate.
Advice on training
You are more than welcome to call us and chat with us via our website. In order for us to assist you as quickly as possible with your questions, we make use of your data and order history, we also make and store these notes. Such things are handy for when you call us again.
We will not contact you automatically or on a regular basis, unless we have your permission to do so. As a standard procedure we contact you once-off if you download a brochure or a white paper. We do this in order to ask if we can be of service to you.
Your name, email address as well as your phone number is stored in a uniform customer base.
This data is stored for as long as you remain our customer. If you are no longer a customer, you are more than welcome to inform us of this by contacting our customer service or sending us a message.
You may sign up for our various newsletters. This way you will be kept up-to-date on our promotions, activities and news. We have both general and personal newsletters. The personal newsletters are compiled based on your data. This makes the newsletter even móre interesting for you.
