Dennis van de Rieth is Senior Agile Coach and Trainer at Gladwell Academy.
Dennis is besides a Senior Agile Coach also a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) and Obeya coach. Dennis has a bachelor's degree in Policing, the 'Intervention Science' course and the 'Coaching and Guidance Science' course. Dennis has also followed various professional training courses, including in the field of communication and team coaching.
Dennis' expertise lies within organizations with a complex setting. He has years of experience in coaching teams and management within the National Police and municipalities. Specialized in change management and organizational development, Dennis can guide the so-called 'do-organization' to self-organizing teams by increasing the 'vital craftsmanship' in the team. As a result, they take action, take control of their own development and the value they want to deliver to the development of the team and to customers. In this way, new insights can be added and obstacles can be made visible.
Dennis is genuinely curious, analytical, investigative, open-minded, creative and innovative. He has great organizational sensitivity and a people-oriented approach: not just talking about development or change, but shaping this together from the daily work.
In addition to his work, Dennis is sporty and active as a board member of various associations, he has a great love for cooking, especially the BBQ and enjoys pleasant moments with his family and friends.
