Lina is a senior Agile Coach and Change Agent, and a certified (Advanced) SAFe Practice Consultant with +10 years of experience in the domain of business agility, culture and change management.
She has extensive experience coaching Agile Release Trains (ARTs), teams, and leaders in the adoption of Lean-Agile values and practices, with a strong focus on agility, customer value, and sustainable change.
Lina is known as an engaged and inspiring coach and trainer, specializing in Agile ways of working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). She has a solid foundation in Scrum and Agile product delivery and has worked with various frameworks, including SAFe, Spotify, LeSS, and Scaled Scrum. She has supported both small and large organizations in designing context-specific Agile ways of working across sectors such as banking, insurance, technology, and retail.
Beyond her consulting work, Lina is actively involved in the Agile community and co-chaired the RTE Summit 2025, organized by the Gladwell Academy, which she led together with Eelco Rustenberg (SPCT). This leading event brought together Release Train Engineers and Agile professionals with a strong focus on knowledge sharing, connection, and best practices within the RTE role.
