Niels Groen is a Senior Trainer at Gladwell Academy.
Niels Groen holds a PhD in Policy and Governance, based on his research on escalating public IT- projects, and a Master’s degree in International Business. His research work has been published in the book 'De Bodemloze Put’ (The Never-ending Project). He has extensive experience shaping and leading enterprise-wide transformations for clients in different sectors, including telecommunications, technology, utilities, and financial services.
Niels is a seasoned trainer, having facilitated a myriad of training courses on Lean-Agile Product Development, Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework, Leadership, Organizational Change, and Program & Project Management.
Niels is a certified Scaled Agile Practice Consultant Trainer (SPCT). He is qualified to teach and examine for Implementing SAFe (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Practitioner (SP), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), and SAFe PM/PO (PMPO) certifications. He is also qualified to teach and examine for Agile Scrum Foundation certifications.
