Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

Scrum Masters facilitate the Scrum process and help teams achieve their goals. Learn and understand the Scrum principles and values, the duties of a Scrum Master and how to lead Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.

The Professional Scrum Master (PSM) training is aimed at beginning Scrum Masters. You'll acquire expertise in:

• How to apply the principles of Agile and Scrum in practice

• The various roles and responsibilities within Scrum

• How to organize and structure Scrum meetings in the best possible way

• How to effectively communicate with the Product Owner and Development Team

• How to provide optimal support during the implementation of Scrum

For this training there are no prerequisites. Of course you do have to aspire to be a Scrum Master or want to learn more about it.

Day 2

This two-day training provides participants with a thorough grounding in Scrum. Each day starts at 9am and ends at 5pm, including breaks and lunch. The training is comprised of three main elements:

• Running a Scrum project
• Working with people and teams
• Scrum in your organization
• The role of the Scrum Master

The PSM training is for anyone working with the Scrum framework. This course is especially beneficial for those responsible for optimizing Scrum's effectiveness within an organization such as Scrum Masters, managers and Scrum Team members.
