Professional Scrum Master I
The 2-day Professional Scrum Master course covers the principles and (empirical) process theory underpinning the Scrum framework, and the role of the Scrum Master in it. This course is a combination of instruction and teambased exercises, and teaches what is at the heart of the Scrum and Agile movement.
PSM is the cutting-edge course for effective Scrum Masters and for anyone coaching a software development team toward increased efficiency and effectiveness. The course includes advanced thinking for servant-leadership and behavioral shifts.
Throughout the course, students are challenged to think in terms of the Scrum principles to better understand what to do when returning to the workplace.
The PSM course is much more than just a set of slides and an instructor. In this course, students work on real-life cases with other classmates together as a team. This course is made up of discussions and hands-on exercises based upon reallife cases.
All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the PSM I assessment, and are also entitled to a discount on the PSM II and PSM III assessments. The industry-recognized PSM certifications require a minimum passing score on these rigorous assessments.
Please note: the program for our virtual courses may vary. The hours are approximately 6 hours per day and may be extended with an extra course day.

- Nadia Konstantopoulou - Rating: 9/10
I overall enjoyed the class. Of course it would have been better in a classroom. I liked the breakoutGroup activities and the instructor explained the subject simply which was perfect for an Agile beginner like me.
- Stefan Vos - Rating: 8/10
I liked the focus on changing the culture and WoW around Agile. Agile requires a changed mindset on all levels in the organization, not only IT
- Aart Zijlstra - Rating: 8/10
Content was excellent, very knowledgeable trainer, quite interactive despite being online
- Nicola Meneghetti - Rating: 7/10
The course can easily be covered in one day, in the end the theory is not extensive for this one and the activities can be reduced as well as they do not reflect a real situation.
- Tom van Sebille - Rating: 9/10
Very good slides and a very knowledgeable trainer that could apply it to real-case examples and answer practice questions of the students.
- Cynthia Lew - Rating: 9/10
Planning the course was relatively late which resulted in a small attendees group. In my viewpoint doing the games with bigger groups is more effective and towards "real live".
- Marja van Cleef - Rating: 9/10
how the training material was presented by the trainer (with a lot of positive energy) clear vivid (& practical) examples of the theory
- Sophie Berthier - Rating: 9/10
The training content was quite full and well organized on a day. I congrats Renate for her dynamism and her clear explanations about Agile methodology. I give a plus for serious games that are sometimes even better than theory.
- Joost van Laere - Rating: 10/10
Handson session, huge interaction, perfect experience of trainer, good mix of audience
- Cosmando Byarugaba - Rating: 8/10
More practical cases/games in applying SAFE framework
- Pepijn Kort - Rating: 7/10
A lot of information and not only on Business Owners. I see it more as a general training on specific items related to Safe although there is some focus on BO
- Angela Timmer - Rating: 8/10
I really learned a lot about Agile and what it means. Trainer was very good. Training with a lot of energy. Although I really enjoyed the day, I learned that the first training day consisted of more exercises really experiencing Agile. I would have liked to experienced that too.
- Mirjam Leunissen - Rating: 9/10
For me this level was ok, I now have a good understanding about the various methods such as Scrum or Kanban. The trainer Odile was enthusiastic and full of energy, which I liked very much.
- Randolf Kobus - Rating: 8/10
The trainer was excellent and very committed. The introduction, though, was a bit lenghty. Agile is to my opinion also much about "just do it". This part can be a bit stronger included in the training. How can you start and execute it? Oveerall very satisfied with the training.
- Thanh Nguyen - Rating: 9/10
Very good trainer; knowledgable, practical, humor
- Thijs Bonsma - Rating: 9/10
The course facilitatro brought a lot of energy and interesting examples. Furthermore, there was a lot of interactions and practical situations in which the theory was explained
