Hannah is an Agile Coach & Trainer at Gladwell Academy for DACH.
Her background in people development provides her with a deep understanding how to develop individuals, teams, and the whole organisation in a sustainable way. During her time at Accenture, she was able to gain diverse insights in different industries and how those translate into an Agile setup. As a permanent employee as an Agile coach Hannah got deep understanding on what it means to shape a sustainable Agile transformation. She was able to collect expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and OKRs.
Hannah’s studies in intercultural management and Communication give her an unique perspective on the company culture and what this means for the Agile transformation. She is passionate about accompanying companies to find their way in their Agile journey while highlighting the successes and identifying their challenges and how to overcome them.
Next to her professional life Hannah enjoys doing sports and different art projects such as painting and embroidery.
