Though the transition to remote working is no longer a novelty in our lives, it is something that has still left many of us feeling disconnected, grappling for the best practices of working Agile in this hybrid environment. At the drop of a hat, everybody has changed their approach to work, and Agility has led us to shape our environments in a way that enables us to confront the complexity of doing so with ease. With the help of the 2022 Agile Coach Conference, you will have the chance to not only learn all about the implications and benefits of Agility from the masters in the field, but you will also have the opportunity to network with fellow Agile Coaches in a real-life, interactive setting. The Conference is your chance to take a well-deserved break from working remotely and build in-person relationships at the stunning Johan Cruijff ArenA in Amsterdam.
The secret behind the Agile Coach Conference is that it has been optimised in a way that is perfect for people of all experience levels in the field of Agile working. The Conference has been designed to cater to both expert Agile Coaches, as well as to those who are interested in exploring the concepts of working Agile for the first time. A topic of particular interest that will be covered at this Agile Coach Conference is the benefit of Agility in all departments within an organisation. Though the Agile approach to working started in IT, it has since made its way into Marketing, Human Resources, and more -- and the Conference will show you just how that came to be.
Collective insight -- a key element in working Agile -- will reign supreme during this unique event. Discussions and conversations will provide ample learning opportunities, with the Conference offering multiple engagement formats to encourage active information sharing. The best way to learn is by sharing and hearing stories, which is precisely what the Agile Coach Conference will give participants the opportunity to do.
Do you find that it’s more important to be results-oriented or quality-oriented? At the 2022 Agile Coach Conference, we want to show you that you never have to decide between the two when you are working Agile. Timely results and high quality outputs go hand-in-hand. But don’t just take our word for it -- come learn from the best Agile Coaches who will prove to you that this truly is the case in an Agile environment, regardless of the project that you are working on.
Whether or not you’re familiar with football, you’re probably curious to learn where we got the inspiration for the name of the Agile Coach Conference: the Midfielder DNA Sessions. If we were to ask you what an Agile Coach is, what would you say? And what values do you believe are part of the Agile Coach’s DNA?
As an Agile Coach, you are tasked to streamline processes, deliver value and support effective collaboration. In football terminology, the comparison to the role of a midfielder in football is easily made. The midfielder usually disrupts the opposing team’s attacks, while simultaneously creating opportunities for goals. Moving between attack and defense, the midfielder typically travels the greatest distance during a match.
Competitive circumstances aside, we can directly extrapolate very specific cross-over values that an Agile Coach shares with a midfielder: a strong awareness of the rest of the team and individual players, providing support for advancement, and preventing mistakes from happening. Creating the circumstances for maximum collaboration, anticipating and maintaining an overview -- all while traveling the distance with each individual member in their Agile transformation process.
