About

The EU Wage Transparency Directive obliges employers to increase transparency and demonstrate equal pay. Member states must transpose the directive into national law by 2026. In the Netherlands, this legislation is expected to take effect on January 1, 2027. This training course translates legislation and regulations into practical steps for your organization.
