• Assessing AI maturity levels and positioning your organization
• Real-life examples across maturity levels and AI types

Introduction to AI-driven Workforce Transformation

• Understanding different types of Workforce Planning (operational, tactical, strategic)
• Exploring the relationship between Strategic Workforce Planning and HR processes (e.g. Talent Management, L&D)
• Deep dive into the SWP process: steps, roles, inputs, and outputs

Day 2 – From insight to implementation

Use case & analysis

• Working through a real-life Strategic Workforce Planning case
• Assessing your organization’s future workforce readiness
• Defining next steps towards analysis and decision-making

Implementation & decision-making

• Translating insights into organizational design decisions (roles, governance, ratios)
• Balancing AI adoption, reskilling, and workforce redesign
• Developing an AI roadmap connecting technology and people

After completing this training, you will receive the Highberg People & Organization certificate.
