We are looking for a talented Training Coordinator/Office Manager who is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer and colleague experience. As a Training Coordinator you’re one of the first points of contact of our clients, and you want to make a difference as well as contribute to Gladwell’s future successes. As the Office Manager, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth experience for our colleagues, clients, and participants.

Your Impact
As part of delivering an outstanding participant experience, we request you to (occasionally) set up training area(s) prior to the training and to welcome participants. All our trainings start between 08:30 and 09:30. You will act as a host and ensure that everything is set up properly.
We may require you to start working at 07:30. During training days, you are the main point of reference for participants. You will ensure a smooth banqueting set-up with B-Corp proof snacks and drinks. Your sense of hospitality will be pivotal to the training experience of our participants.
