Marketing Automation Specialist

Your impact:

  • You will be the technical owner of our Hubspot account. Together with our online marketing agency you are responsible for setting up workflows, dashboarding and user maintenance. We are currently building a new structure and new way of working.
  • You will be the technical owner of our website. Together with the Content Manager you will be responsible for optimizing the content on our website.
  • You will be developing and rolling out the roadmap together with our development partner.
  • You will be optimizing our conversion rate by implementing AB testing together with our online marketing agency
  • Improve our SEO with technical changes together with our online marketing agency
  • We need your help with setting up event apps, testing and adding the right content
  • Monitor & optimize performance together with our marketing agency. Analyze conversion rates and create dashboards for the marketing team. We need data-driven insights to craft, influence and optimize future strategies & tactics.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: IT, sales and business development to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree.
  • You have 2+ years proven experience in digital marketing, product owner of marketing automation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch & English.
  • You are self-driven, have the ambition to get the most out of your work and have a positive mindset.
  • You are strategically strong and dare to make choices to support the business.
  • You have strong analytical skills that you can translate into impactful strategy and tactical plans.
  • You are creative, enterprising, self-motivated and can handle freedom and responsibility well in a rapidly changing environment.
