Business Development Manager France

Continuing the success in France we're happy to step on the gas, and therefore we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who can focus on the French market. The Business Development Manager is responsible in France for identifying and closing a wide range of our training & coaching services. A strong balance of skills is required in creative solution development, opening new doors, winning business and relationship building. The role will have an international focus, targeting mainly clients in France. Location is Amsterdam or Paris.

Your impact

In this position you play a key role in the further development of the French market.

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key client’s needs and requirements
  • Build, keep and improve a solid and transparent relationship with our customers
  • Identify customer's needs and create necessary conditions for business development opportunities to support future growth in France
  • Negotiate and close deals, manage pricing and margin strategy
  • Expand relationships with new and existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Play an integral part in generating new business that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders/partners
  • Strategize and implement French business development campaigns

Who are you?

You bring 6-10 years of experience in Business Development Management to the team, with a proven track record in Leading B2B sales and the ability to deliver and overachieve on revenue targets. In addition, our ideal candidate has:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or another related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
  • Strong leadership of customer account growth and sales performance management experience
  • Experience in managing CRM HubSpot
  • Knowledge of the French Agile/Lean training, events, or coaching market.
  • Fluent French and very good English communication skills.
  • An independent and proactive work attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow and succeed.

  • High interpersonal skills
  • A place of residence at a maximum of 30 kilometers from Amsterdam or lives in Paris

The Successful Applicant

  • Significant experience/knowledge with dealing with sand fragments
  • Experience with negotiating & closing big key accounts
  • Experience with managing large accounts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to sell a solution rather than a product
  • Great communication skills in English, any other European language is welcome
