About you

We are looking for a talented and competitive Business Development France. Are you an outgoing person with a hands-on mentality? Your impact

In this position, you will represent Gladwell Academy and be the main point of contact within our organization for (prospective) clients. You will generate leads and be responsible for achieving the sales targets of our open enrollment portfolio. Tasks include:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails;
  • Informing clients about our trainings offered and assisting in creating growth maps at Gladwell Academy, handling information requests and brochure requests from potential participants and following up on the information sent;
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, close sales and achieve quotas;
  • Strongly customer oriented, understanding customer needs and requirements;
  • Proactively ensure turnover with existing and new customers;
  • Accurately recording customer data, interview reports and follow-up actions in our CRM system;
  • Answering questions and conducting advisory discussions;
  • Work in close collaboration with the Marketing team, implementing marketing campaigns, providing sales feedback and sharing growth opportunities;
  • Supporting and processing administration related to Qualiopi

Who are you?

You bring 3 years of experience a Business Developer. And you are driven to take the open enrollment sales in France to the next level. In addition, our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree;
  • Fluent in French & English both in written and verbal language;
  • B2B sales experience;
  • Inside sales experience;
  • Strong phone presence;
  • Working knowledge of Quality (Qualiopi) process is a plus;
  • Experience in managing CRM, HubSpot or equivalent is a plus;
  • Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Works well under pressure as well as being accurate.;
