Training Coordinator

Your Impact

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating our Incompany and Open Enrollment courses. You are the link between our Business Development Managers (Sales), clients, trainers, and participants. You are ensuring a smooth process from end to end resulting into a flawless customer experience by:

  • Coordinating Incompany and Open Enrollment courses both in person and online
  • Hosting the start of our courses to welcome the participants – usually between 07:30 and 09:00
  • Organizing course materials like participant lists, evaluations, invitations, and exams
  • Creating a course planning together with our (international) clients
  • Contacting and scheduling of our trainers
  • Improving customer journey processes
  • Processing administration related to our courses and participants
  • Setting up training rooms prior to training and cleaning up after training finishes

As part of delivering an outstanding participant experience, we request you to (occasionally) set up training area(s) prior to the training and to welcome participants. All our trainings start between 08:30 and 09:30. You will act as a host and ensure that everything is set up properly.
We may require you to start working at 07:30. During training days, you are the main point of reference for participants. You will ensure a smooth banqueting set-up with B-Corp proof snacks and drinks. Your sense of hospitality will be pivotal to the training experience of our participants.

Who you are?

You are a flexible person with a can-do mentality. You are extremely proactive, responsible and detail oriented. You like to work in a team and to help your colleagues stand out in their job. Your communication style is professional in both Dutch and English. In addition, our ideal candidate has:

  • MBO work and thinking level
  • Hospitality background
  • Living in Amsterdam
  • Fluent Dutch and English both written and verbal
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a coordinating or administrative role
  • Available 32 or 40 hours per week
