In the last five years, he has worked with many organisations in the Automotive and Finance Industries to successfully establish SAFe at various levels: Team, ART, and Large Solution Portfolio Level. He has trained over 1.000 SAFe practitioners.
For him the greatest joy in giving training is to see how the participants interact with each other, reflecting on their daily work routines and getting new impulses. Knowing that he can contribute to the growth of others makes him extremely happy.
