As a pioneer for SAP DevOps and Scaled Agile ERP, he regularly speaks at Global and European SAFe® Summits and is a frequent Gartner thought leadership contributor. Malte has more than 10 years of experience in complex SAP program delivery in roles such as Program and Service Management, and he enjoys community work next to others as Global SAFe Summit 2020 Track Chair Reviewer for DevSecOps, Technical & Organizational Agility.

More than 1,000 people have leveraged Malte’s high impact growth programs, designed to accelerate business-critical digital transformations from Lean Portfolio Management to strategy execution. He is one of the first senior executive facilitators for leading in the digital age, helping executives to develop the most challenging competencies to succeed today.

Malte's track record includes founding and growing the first SAP Delivery Excellence (Agile for SAP) business at a top tier global professional services company, with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security. That included managing people, revenue, cost, and innovating & delivering services, applying SAFe and living Business Agility every day.

As a distinguished Advisor, Trainer, Author, Founder, Speaker, and Action Researcher, Malte developed the “minimum integrated business process” (MIBP) concept, as part of his Gartner thought leadership contribution, published in Accenture's SAP Business Agility white paper, which was designed to elevate customer-centric digital core ERP solutions to establish Business Agility.
