Koen Harbers

Koen is a senior consultant leading large scale agile transformations with a strong interest and background in innovation management. Before joining BlinkLane, Koen worked as Director of Digital Development at Air France-KLM where, next to being responsible for the airline's digital product management, he pioneered scaled agile principles in his division. This work led to the enterprise-wide transformation towards Scaled Agile at both airlines in which Koen played a pivotal role.

Koen is regarded as an energetic and inspiring person who can articulate goals clearly and motivate teams to achieve them.
