With extensive consultancy experience across startups, public institutions and global enterprises, she supports organisations, teams and individual professionals in creating clarity, strengthening alignment and delivering authentic, meaningful value in a rapidly changing world.
Jurney sees AI as a catalyst that challenges organisations to redefine who they are, navigate uncertainty with a sense of purpose and confidence, and make intentional choices about the value they want to bring. Known for her empathy, clarity and ability to get to the core quickly, she helps people and organisations develop the mindset, behavioural and cultural shifts needed to turn transformation into lasting impact.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Strategy & Organisation) and is certified across Agile, AI and organisational change, including Professional Scrum Master I & II, Professional Product Owner, SAFe SPC, Scaled Agile AI Native Foundations, AI Change Agent and trainer. Jurney built a strong foundation in consultancy and project delivery during her time at Microsoft, working across data, development and AI-related initiatives. She has contributed to AI adoption and transformation programmes for organisations such as AkzoNobel, Damen Shipyards, Verder, DELA, Hilton and the Municipality of Rotterdam.
