Jurney holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Strategy & Organisation) and is certified in AI, agile ways of working, and organizational change. Her certifications include AI-Native Foundations, AI-Native Change Agent (Scaled Agile), Professional Scrum Master I and II, Professional Product Owner, and SAFe SPC (Scaled Agile). Prior to joining Gladwell, she worked at Microsoft and Microsoft adoption partners, contributing to a wide range of data and AI initiatives. She supported Copilot transformation programs for organizations such as AkzoNobel, Damen Shipyards, Hilton, DELA, and the Municipality of Rotterdam.
