Alejandro Debenedet has been devoted to IT for more than 30 years, starting as a Unix service desk support and C Language programmer. He holds many professional certifications including ITIL, ISO 20000 , Scrum Master, DevOps, Digital Transformation and SAFe. Alejandro has actively engaged in multiple roles becoming an experienced coach and consultant performing as a bridge between IT and the business. Alejandro values people over technology and strives to build long lasting networking relationships and increase the value of the Human Resources within the organization to create high performance teams.
In his own words: “My focus has always been people. When we are able to work together and have successful teams, we get the best results. I consider myself a bridge, a connector between individuals, communities and organizations. I enjoy sharing useful thoughts, using the latest technology, building successful projects, leading by example. I believe in professional development, education and certification as a mean of improving our lives, creating more balance and living happier. All of us have the innate capability to positively influence those around us, be itpeople or the organizations we are connected to".
