AJ (Aart-Jan) Eenkhoorn

AJ (Aart-Jan) Eenkhoorn is an Agile Transformation Coach & SPC.

If you wake up AJ in the middle of the night, he starts talking about the great advantages of Agile working. Since the mid 1990โ€™s, he has been working in an Agile way. From RAD and DSDM, to Agile Project & Program Management, and from aiding Scrum teams in a Prince 2 project, to coaching high performance DevOps teams in a scaling environment, AJ has been reinforcing the Agile approach to work. AJ has not only seen it all, but he has practiced it in the roles of Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and even as an Agile leader in a CTO role. From this broad experience of working with teams in operational and development value streams, AJ always has an example for you when it comes to handling the problems and questions you may have on Agile ways of working.

If you find yourself in one of his classes, AJ will always find a way to help and guide you. He will do this by combining theory & practice, real life examples & facts. AJ
holds several Certifications, such as SPC and RTE, but also the Agile PM and PGM, as well as several others. His certifications are diverse, as he understands that being experienced in
all these methods makes it hard to stay in a specific area of certification.

On top of that, AJ has visited and trained in numerous countries with a variety of cultures. He places great value in the international experiences he has been fortunate enough to enjoy. AJ is always up for challenges in overcoming cultural differences and helping people understand how to best approach these in a multicultural environment.

And, if an Agile method works well for you, AJ will help make it even better. If you want to explore more ways of achieving the pinnacle of success through an Agile transformation, AJ will support you and connect you to his large network of people that have been there or might be in that exploration themselves. All you have to do is ask.
