Abram finished a MSc. degree in Change Management with focus on play and behaviour change in large organizations. With a history of international change assignments for governments and corporates, he can deliver on promises.
Currently Abram lives in France, deep diving on challenges such as moving culturally diverse groups of coaches to outcome-based interaction models; and improving community management models for 1000s of people within an organization.
Next to IC Agile trainer certifications, Abram holds many other Agile related certifications including Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Agile Project Management and Sociocracy 3.0. He further feeds his curiosity via courses like Gamification, Resilience, Psychological safety, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Body & breathing work.
