Walk-in with welcome drink
During the evening we will host 4 round tables with 4 topics (topics are under review). Each round will last 30 minutes after which you can switch to a different table with a different topic. By the end of round 4 you have had the chance to engage in the topics explained above.
Effective leadership is at the core of any successful transformation. As organizations shift towards new structures, cultures, and ways of working, it’s essential to recognize the role leadership teams play in guiding the entire journey—not just managing the technical aspects but also navigating the human dynamics of change. This roundtable discussion will explore why leadership development should be woven into the fabric of a transformation strategy, and discussing the necessity of cultivating alignment, trust, and shared ownership for the transformation effort within leadership teams. Join us for an insightful conversation about how creating a space for leaders to learn, grow, and act as a cohesive unit can significantly impact the effectiveness and sustainability of transformation initiatives.
Every sprint, every team produces a rich stream of data about delivery performance, team health, customer value, and adaptability. While this data often remains buried in the operational layers of the organization, it holds crucial signals for strategic decision making and portfolio direction. What if leaders could listen more effectively to what’s emerging from the ground up? In this interactive roundtable, we’ll explore how to recognize and use three key types of data: Outcomes (are we meeting real needs?), Flow (how efficiently do we deliver?), and Competency (do we have the skills, practices, and maturity needed to deliver relevant value?). Join us to reflect on how leadership can be more responsive, better informed, and truly in tune with the pulse of the organization.
As AI minimizes repetitive tasks and supports smarter decision-making, what are the critical adjustments leaders need to consider for organizational design, skill development, and fostering collaboration between humans and AI within an agile framework?
AI is rapidly becoming a game-changer for executives driving large scale organizational transformations, such as Agile transformations, (Lean) process changes or the introduction of new Target Operating Models. Beyond efficiency gains, leaders can use AI to measure actual delivered value, identify bottlenecks and effectively steer the transformation. AI helps prioritize initiatives, predict risks, and streamline delivery across departments and teams. This round table will explore how leaders can harness AI to speed up transformation programs and to optimize continuous learning, adaptability and cultural change. Join peers to discuss how AI can become the accelerator that turns ambition into measurable progress.
