Round tables

During the afternoon we will host 4 round tables with 4 topics. Each round will last 30 minutes after which you can switch to a different table with a different topic. By the end of round 4 you have had the chance to engage in the topics explained above.

Round Table topic 1: Agile Leadership: Empowering and Inspiring Teams

Executives play a critical role in creating an environment where teams can thrive in line with strategic goals. This roundtable will focus on how leaders can shift from a command-and-control mindset to one of servant leadership, empowering teams to self-organize and continuously improve. Key discussion points include how to manage change effectively at an executive level, and the importance of articulating a compelling vision that inspires and directs teams.

Round table topic 2: Agile Culture and Mindset Shifts

Shifting to Agile requires more than just adopting new processes—it demands a fundamental cultural shift. A growth mindset, where teams embrace continuous learning, adaptability, and resilience, is essential for fostering an Agile culture. This discussion will cover how organizations can nurture this mindset across teams, break down silos, encourage ongoing development, and ensure that all employees are aligned with Agile principles and practices.

Round table topic 3: Scaling Agile Across Enterprises

Scaling Agile practices beyond individual teams to the entire organization presents complex challenges. This roundtable will explore how organizations can address the enterprise as a holistic system, ensuring alignment and integration across all functions. The discussion will include strategies for managing interdependencies between teams, maintaining organizational coherence, and fostering agility at scale. Additionally, the roundtable will examine the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) as a proven model for scaling Agile, emphasizing how it can help manage complexities and support enterprise-wide agility.

Round table topic 4: How to Manage an Agile Transformation Successfully

Agile transformations are complex and require a solid programmatic approach to succeed. Based on proven patterns for organizational transformation, derived from 15 years of experience and an extensive body of knowledge on change management, we have developed a Framework for Managing Successful Transformations (MST). This roundtable touches upon the aspects and key elements of managing a transformation successfully, such as transformation governance, benefits management, engaging the organization and transformation design and delivery.
