As ARTs grow into a Solution Train, alignment becomes one of the biggest challenges. How do you keep teams, stakeholders, dependencies and software deliveries moving in sync without creating unnecessary complexity or slowing teams down?

Kim introduces the 4 C’s she uses to support alignment at scale: communication, coordination, consistency and consideration, all brought together through collaboration. She explains how these principles help create transparency, reduce confusion, manage dependencies and keep teams focused on the same direction.

The conversation also touches on the human side of alignment. Because when ways of working are unclear, teams can experience frustration, low morale and miscommunication. But when expectations are clear and people feel heard, collaboration becomes easier and delivery becomes stronger.
