This prestigious designation acknowledges individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, mastery of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), and a significant, ongoing contribution to the global SAFe community.
Eduardo’s appointment marks a historic milestone: he is the first SAFe Fellow from Brazil, France, and the Spanish-speaking world,
reinforcing his pioneering impact on Agile transformation worldwide. As the world’s first Brazilian SPCT, the fourth SPCT in France,

The SAFe Fellow title is reserved for a select group of individuals who have shown sustained excellence in enabling large-scale,
agile transformations. Eduardo has worked extensively with executives, change agents, and delivery teams across sectors,
helping complex organizations transition from legacy systems to value-driven, adaptive enterprises.
“While I’m honored to receive this recognition, it truly belongs to my colleagues, teams, mentors, and clients,” said Eduardo.
“I’ve had the privilege of learning from and working alongside brilliant professionals. This achievement is as much theirs as it is mine.”
