International Sales Coordinator

Your impact

In this position you play a key role in the further development of accounts. For example, you will:

  • Supporting the sales activities of the Business Development Managers.
  • Sharing market knowledge and trends with our team and your manager.
  • You will predominantly support the sales function, ensuring quality and accuracy of data to make accurate sales decisions/forecasting etc.
  • Work with teams from proposals, tenders, RFP’s, contracting, and Business Development to create and update the forecast in the CRM (HubSpot).
  • Developing and coordinating monthly production figures.
  • Provide ad hoc customer account status updates.
  • Drafting (digital) product presentations/mailings.
  • Ensure proactive cooperation and communication with the other departments.
  • In addition, you contribute to: Revenue maximization.

Who are you?

You bring 3-5 years of experience as Sales Coordinator. In addition, our ideal candidate has:

  • HBO degree or equivalent; preferably from a Hospitality Management School, Commercial Economics program
  • You are decisive, creative, and a team player.
  • You demonstrate initiative and are accustomed to working independently.
  • Native Dutch and professional English language in written and speaking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 32 hours per week.
