Contextualizing SAFe for Marketing Teams

The course uses a combination of hands-on activities, introspection, and guided exercises to help teams build collective muscle-memory and alignment. The course culminates with an activity that allows attendees to apply SAFe in their own real-world environments.

The content fully matched with my expectations. Besides that, I was impressed by the knowledge level and training capabilities of the trainer.

Our SAFe for Marketing courses are taught by one or two SPCTs (SAFe Program Consultant Trainers). These inspiring trainers are consultants who are active in the field and have extensive SAFe experience in training and implementing SAFe at large organizations.
