The training

Combining the principles of Lean-Agile with advanced software development methods is at the heart of this course. During this three-day SAFe Agile Software Engineering (ASE) training, you will get familiar with the skills and methods that make your organization faster, more predictable and result in a higher quality output.

We will explore:

  • Continuous Flow of Value Delivery

  • Enabling built-in quality (with XP, BDD, TDD)

  • Applying Stories in a SAFe Continuous Delivery Pipeline

  • Converting quality into code and designs (Abstraction, Encapsulation, Intentional programming, SOLID, Design patterns)

  • Software Engineering in relation to Intentional Architecture and DevOps

Our SAFe Agile Software Engineering courses are taught by one or two SPCs (SAFe Program Consultants) or even SPCTs (SAFe Program Consultant Trainers). These inspiring trainers are consultants who are active in the field and have extensive SAFe experience in training and implementing SAFe at large organizations.

Who is it for?

Do you have a background in engineering, development, managing development or quality insurance? Then we certainly have a match. While the training is intended for technical members of an Agile team, participants with less technical knowledge - such as Product Owners, Team Coaches, managers - can also benefit from this course.

Common trainees include Development- managers and leads, Engineering managers, UI/UX Developers and Infrastructure and System architects.
