During our one-day “Agile HR Explorer" Training, you will receive knowledge how Agile principles and practices can be utilized in HR departments and how this can transform the way of working across your organisation. AHRE Exam & Certification
The Agile HR Explorer Training (AHRE) is a one-day training (8:30 am - 5:30 pm, including lunch) delivered by inspiring SAFe Practice Consultants (SPCs) and SAFe Practice Consultant Trainers (SPCTs). Our consultants are also active in the field themselves and therefore have great experience with implementing SAFe in large organizations. After you complete the training and pass the exam which is provided by Just Leading Solutions (JLS), you will be a certified AHRE. You will receive the following:
- Official Agile HR Explorer (AHRE) Certificate
- Digital badge of the certificate (to share & promote online)
- One-year membership to the JLS Agile HR Membership platform
- Access to a wide range of learning resources that support certified professionals on their SAFe journey
