A two-day programme on two consecutive days, classroom-based in Utrecht. Small group of 8 to 12 participants. Delivered in Dutch (open enrolment and in-company) and in English on request (in-company). No technical background required. On completion you receive the Highberg People & Organization certificate.
Pilot rate: 1695 euro per person (1960 thereafter), excluding VAT.

Lianne Swenne is a consultant at Highberg and guides leaders through the human side of AI transformation. She works systemically and focuses on leadership and cultural change: getting people moving, from boardroom to shop floor, so organisations meet their goals and become future-proof. Innovation is a particular interest of hers, and AI is the biggest one right now.
