During AI for Agile Leadership, you will explore how Artificial Intelligence can enhance your role as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer. You will learn how AI operates in Agile environments, what data teams rely on, and when AI is — or is not — suitable for driving value and collaboration.
Through recognizable Agile examples, you will see how AI is already being used to support planning, performance insights and leadership development. You will also reflect on risks, limitations and ethical considerations such as transparency, trust and responsible use in decision-making. In the second part of the training, you will apply AI directly in a practical Agile case to experience the impact on flow and continuous improvement.
Objectives
By the end of this training you understand where AI in Agile adds real value and where human leadership must remain in control. You gain a clear view of how to use AI for Scrum Masters, AI for Product Owners and AI tools for Agile teams in a responsible way. You learn how to prepare and run ceremonies with AI support, how to improve backlog management and sprint planning, how to use AI in retrospectives and how to apply AI in Agile project management without breaking transparency, trust and ownership in the team.
Programme
Day 1 – AI in Agile ceremonies and team rhythm
Day 1 focuses on the core rhythm of Agile teams and how AI can quietly support preparation, facilitation and follow up.
Key elements of day 1:
