AI-Native Value Architect Certification

AI initiatives rarely fail because of technology alone. Value is lost when business outcomes are unclear, risks surface too late, adoption is overlooked or promising proofs of concept never make it into production.

The AI Value Architect helps close that gap. Scaled Agile has defined this role on the Agile Release Train (ART) for professionals who can connect business goals, AI opportunities and technical execution. You do not need to be an AI developer or Business Owner. Instead, you learn how to bring the right people together, ask the right questions and guide AI initiatives towards measurable value.

During this two-day training, you work with practical playbooks and techniques to uncover value in existing AI capabilities, evaluate new opportunities, guide solutions through the AI-Native Solution Lifecycle and communicate results in a way that builds alignment and momentum.

  Learn how to structure and guide an AI opportunity through Sense, Discover, Design and Deliver, from initial exploration to a concrete and executable solution.
  
• Amplify success with AI-powered storytelling
  Learn how to translate results and success metrics into a clear business narrative that helps decision-makers determine whether an initiative should continue, scale or receive further investment.

What does an AI Value Architect do?

The AI Value Architect is not necessarily a new job title. It is a role that professionals already working on an ART can combine with their existing responsibilities.

AI Value Architects help teams and ARTs:

• Adopt AI responsibly and build practical AI fluency.
• Unlock more value from existing AI tools and workflows.
• Connect business outcomes with technical possibilities and constraints.
• Guide AI solutions through discovery, design and delivery.
• Measure results and continuously optimise AI investments.

The role sits between business and technology: business-literate without being the Business Owner, AI-fluent without being the AI developer and facilitative without being only a facilitator.

This training is designed for professionals who already help teams and Agile Release Trains turn ideas into outcomes and want to add the skills of an AI Value Architect to their existing role.

It is particularly relevant for:

You do not have to become a full-time AI Value Architect. In many organisations, these capabilities can be added to an existing role to help teams connect AI opportunities with business value, technical feasibility and successful delivery.
