Morning – Use-cases, Data & Responsible AI

• Identifying AI opportunities in your work situation

• Using the AI Use Case Canvas (problem → data → AI solution).

• Basic principles like data quality, data streams & governance.
• Privacy & ethics: GDPR, bias, transparancy, risks and mitigation.
• Exercise: assessing realistic AI scenarios and risks.

Afternoon – AI-native workflows & implementation

• How do you integrate AI into existing processes?
• Tools for workflow automation (no-code / low-code).
• Human + AI collaboration: new role distribution and checks.
• Group assignment: design an AI-supported workflow for your team.
• Drawing up your personal or team AI action plan.
