Afternoon – Part 1 – Building Your First AI Agent

  • You write your first system prompt and define clear guardrails
  • You design and build a working AI agent (no coding required)
  • You work hands-on with structured output and configuration
  • You test and improve agents together with other participants

Afternoon – Part 2 – Autonomous Agentic AI & the Road Ahead

  • You explore AI that can plan, decide, and act autonomously
  • You understand how HR processes will change in the next 12 months
  • You see examples of multi-agent systems in HR

Afternoon – Part 3 – Use Case Identification & Action Planning

  • You identify the most valuable AI use case for your HR organization
  • You assess your organization’s AI maturity
  • You create a concrete AI action plan you can apply immediately
