You will write better prompts, build your own AI agent without coding and translate what you learn into concrete applications for your HR practice.

Perhaps you already use ChatGPT, Copilot or another AI tool regularly. But how do you get more consistent and useful results? And how can you use AI for recurring HR tasks instead of starting again with a new prompt every time?
During this training, you will work on exactly that. You learn how to build effective prompts and use AI for tasks such as job descriptions, interview questions, HR policies, onboarding and internal communication. You then build your own AI agent for a concrete HR application, without needing any programming skills. This helps you move from experimenting with AI to integrating it into your daily HR work.

Morning – Part 2: From individual prompts to AI agents

- See live examples of AI agents supporting HR tasks.
- Learn the five practical building blocks of an effective AI agent.
- Identify which HR processes and tasks are suitable for this way of working.
Afternoon – Part 1: Build your own AI agent
- Choose a concrete HR task for which you want to build an AI agent.
- Determine which instructions, information and boundaries your agent needs.
- Build a working AI agent without coding.
- Test the output using practical situations and improve your agent step by step.
Afternoon – Part 2: What becomes possible with more autonomous AI?
- Discover how AI systems can increasingly plan next steps and perform tasks independently.
- Understand what these developments could mean for different HR processes.
- Explore examples of multiple AI agents working together within a process.
- Learn to assess critically where these applications do and do not add value.
Afternoon – Part 3: From experiment to application
- Identify a valuable AI use case within your own HR practice.
- Assess where your organisation currently stands in its use of AI.
- Determine the next steps needed to apply AI in practice.
- Create a concrete action plan that you can start using after the training.

Practical information
This is a hands-on training in which you will actively work with AI. Bring your own laptop so you can apply everything directly. No technical or programming knowledge is required. Experience with AI tools is useful but not necessary. If you already have an HR challenge or recurring task for which you would like to use AI, bring it with you so you can work with your own practice during the training.
