Morning – Part 2 – Live AI Agent Demonstrations

  • Watching live demonstrations of real AI agents solving genuine HR problems: candidate screening, onboarding automation, policy Q&A, and employee analytics.
  • Understanding the five building blocks that make any AI agent reliable and repeatable.
  • Discussing how each demonstrated agent was designed and where it fits within existing HR processes.

Afternoon – Part 1 – Building Your First AI Agent

  • Writing your first system prompt and defining guardrails for a working AI agent.
  • Designing and building a working AI agent during the session using the proven five-block framework. No code required. Immediately deployable.
  • Hands-on practice with structured output and agent configuration.
  • Peer review: participants test and challenge each other's agents to strengthen design and guardrails.

Afternoon – Part 2 – Autonomous Agentic AI & the Road Ahead

  • Seeing what's next: AI that doesn't just respond but plans, decides, and acts across multiple systems.
  • Understanding how autonomous agentic AI will reshape HR operations within the next 12 months.
  • Discussing examples where multi-agent systems shift work away from repetitive HR tasks and increase the importance of strategic AI-enabled HR roles.

Afternoon – Part 3 – Use Case Identification & Action Planning

  • Identifying your highest-value use case for AI in HR operations using a structured prioritization framework.
  • Assessing AI readiness for your organization and defining next steps to move from experimentation to deployment.
  • Formulating a concrete AI activation plan that connects technology, people, and HR processes — actionable from day one.
