About the Training

AI for HR Professionals is a practical, hands-on training that teaches HR teams how to use AI safely, effectively and with real impact. You learn how AI tools behave, how to formulate clear prompts and how to integrate AI into HR tasks without losing the human focus that defines good HR work.

You work with real HR cases such as sourcing, writing job descriptions, creating learning pathways, policy support and employee communication. The goal is always practical: what can HR do with AI today, and how can you make it work responsibly in your organization?
No technical background is required.

Objectives

By the end of the training you understand how to apply AI responsibly across key HR processes. You learn how to structure effective prompts, improve HR workflows, evaluate AI output and support your team with AI-driven insights that are accurate, fair and compliant with organizational guidelines.

Programme

Module 1 – AI Fluency for HR

You learn the fundamentals behind AI and how modern AI systems influence HR roles, decisions and workflows.

Key elements:
• Understanding how AI and LLMs behave in HR contexts
• Recognizing opportunities and limitations in daily HR work
• Identifying responsible AI principles relevant to HR

Module 2 – Effective Prompting for HR Tasks

You practice writing clear and targeted prompts that improve the accuracy and quality of HR output.

Key elements:
• Prompting for job descriptions, sourcing, interviews and HR communication
• Structuring prompts for accuracy, inclusivity and consistency
• Evaluating AI responses to ensure quality and reduce bias

Module 3 – Transforming HR Workflows with AI

You redesign one of your own HR processes to achieve measurable improvement.

Key elements:
• Streamlining recruitment, onboarding or learning workflows
• Building a simple 30–60–90 day plan for AI adoption
• Applying AI safely within HR compliance and organizational guidelines

After completing the training, you receive a Certificate of Participation.
This certificate confirms your completion of the AI for HR Professionals training and marks your first step toward applying AI effectively within the HR domain.
