Achieving Responsible AI with SAFe is a SAFe® Micro-credential course designed for professionals who want to apply Responsible AI (RAI) practices in a practical, accessible way.
You learn how to identify responsible AI risks, align stakeholders, evaluate policies, and structure AI initiatives so they are ethical, transparent and organizationally fit.

Throughout the course you work with concrete examples, simple canvases and hands-on activities. You build the skills needed to guide teams, support decision-makers and embed RAI thinking into everyday Agile work.

By the end of the course, you understand how to apply Responsible AI principles within SAFe environments and support teams in making informed, ethical decisions.
You learn how to identify risks, evaluate AI policies, structure responsible initiatives and communicate the value and necessity of RAI in clear, practical terms.

Programme

Before the course — eLearning preparation

You start with a 1-hour on-demand eLearning module in SAFe Studio. This introduces the foundations of Responsible AI and prepares you for the workshop.

• Understanding core Responsible AI concepts and SAFe alignment
• Completing short preparation tasks using generative AI tools
• Reviewing example policies and identifying gaps

During the course — 4-hour facilitated workshop

The live session focuses on applying RAI concepts through practical exercises and group activities.

• Mapping Responsible AI stakeholders and their concerns
• Evaluating existing RAI policies using GenAI tools
• Communicating the importance of RAI through a clear elevator pitch
• Writing an RAI Epic Hypothesis Statement to structure real initiatives

After the course — Immediate application

You leave with actionable tools you can apply directly in your team or organization.

• Embedding RAI into ongoing Agile practices

After completing the eLearning and the facilitated workshop, you earn the Achieving Responsible AI with SAFe Micro-credential from Scaled Agile, Inc.
