About you

We are looking for a talented Training Coordinator who is passionate about delivering an outstanding and differentiating customer experience. As a Training Coordinator your one of the first points of contact of our clients, and you want to make a difference as well contribute to Gladwell’s future successes. This will be reflected by your expert knowledge and customer friendly focus.

Your Impact

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating our Incompany and Open Enrollment courses. You are the link between our Business Development Managers (Sales), clients, trainers, and participants. You are ensuring a smooth process from end to end resulting into a flawless customer experience by:

  • Coordinating Incompany and Open Enrollment courses both in person and online
  • Organizing course materials like participant lists, evaluations, invitations, and exams
  • Creating a course planning together with our (international) clients
  • Contacting and scheduling of our trainers
  • Improving customer journey processes
  • Processing administration related to our courses and participants
  • Hosting the start of our courses to welcome the participants
  • Experience with digital tools such as CRM, Hubspot and various booking systems.

Who you are

You are a flexible person with a can-do mentality. You are not afraid of digital tools, and you are extremely proactive, responsible and detail oriented. You like to work in a team and to help your colleagues stand out in their job. Your communication style is professional in both Dutch and English. In addition, our ideal candidate has:

  • Academic thinking level
  • Fluency in Dutch and English both written and verbal
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a coordinating or administrative role
  • Experience with processing admin
  • Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
