Your impact:

  • Translate the marketing and communication strategy into online marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Set up clear KPI’s to measure and optimize all efforts.
  • Create and implement online marketing campaigns, together with our marketing agency, that reach and engage our audiences. This involves social media advertising (LinkedIn) and online advertisements (Google Ads and retargeting).
  • Manage and expand our affiliate network, understand how we rank and optimize our online presence on their platforms. Ensure data completeness, up to date logo and images for trainings, pricing, dates, and locations.
  • Monitor & optimize performance together with our marketing agency. Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement to assess the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. Use data-driven insights to craft, influence and optimize future strategies & tactics.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: sales and business development to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree.
  • You have 3+ years proven experience in digital marketing, traffic generation, and campaign management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch & English.
  • You are self-driven, have the ambition to get the most out of your work and have a positive mindset.
  • You are strategically strong and dare to make choices to support the business.
  • You have strong analytical skills that you can translate into impactful strategy, tactical plans and optimizing the total deployment of recourses.
  • You are creative, enterprising, self-motivated and can handle freedom and responsibility well in a rapidly changing environment.
