Account Manager Open Enrolment - DACH

Gladwell Academy is a fast-growing company and we are looking for a motivated Account Manager Inside Sales to grow with us. In this position, you will represent Gladwell Academy and be the main point of contact within our organization for (prospective) clients. You will generate leads and be responsible for achieving the sales targets of our course portfolio. Furthermore, you will provide client support and answer questions as their main contact within the company.

Your impact

In this position you are responsible for a large share of the Gladwell Academy portfolio and are a key player in the further development of Gladwell Academy.

Tasks include:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails;
  • Informing about our trainings offered and assisting in creating growth maps at Gladwell Academy, handling information requests and brochure requests from potential participants and following up on the information sent;
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, close sales and achieve quotas;
  • Be strongly customer oriented, understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Proactively ensure turnover with existing and new customers;
  • Accurately recording customer data, interview reports and follow-up actions in our CRM system;
  • Answering training questions and conducting advisory discussions;
  • Work in close collaboration with the Marketing team, implementing marketing campaigns, providing sales feedback and sharing growth opportunities;

Who are you?

You bring 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager Inside Sales, experience in B2B sales and the ability to deliver enthusiasm to overachieve on revenue targets. In addition, our ideal candidate has:

  • BA education
  • Inside sales experience
  • Strong phone presence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German & English. Any additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Experience in managing CRM HubSpot or similar
  • An independent and proactive work attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow and succeed. You are always looking for new ways of working and ways to develop our offerings to our clients.
  • Available for 28 to 32 hours a week.
