Gladwell Academy is a fast-growing company and we are looking for a motivated Account Manager to grow with us. In this position, you will represent Gladwell Academy and be the main point of contact within our organization for (prospective) clients. You will generate leads and be responsible for achieving the sales targets of our training portfolio. Furthermore, you will provide client support and answer questions as their main contact within the company.
Futhermore, in this position you are responsible for the sales of open enrolment of the Benelux, this accounts for about 20% of our business. In addition, you’re a key player in the further development of Gladwell Academy on the Inside Sales front, tasks include:
