Account Manager – Open enrolment Benelux

We are looking for a talented and competitive Account Manager to lead the open enrolment portfolio for the Benelux at Gladwell Academy. Gladwell Academy is a fast-growing company and we are looking for a motivated Account Manager to grow with us. In this position, you will represent Gladwell Academy and be the main point of contact within our organization for (prospective) clients. You will generate leads and be responsible for achieving the sales targets of our training portfolio. Furthermore, you will provide client support and answer questions as their main contact within the company.

Your impact

Futhermore, in this position you are responsible for the sales of open enrolment of the Benelux, this accounts for about 20% of our business. In addition, you’re a key player in the further development of Gladwell Academy on the Inside Sales front, tasks include:

  • Responsible for forecasting, status-updates and business flow;
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails;
  • Close sales deals and achieve quotas;
  • Informing about our trainings offered and assisting in discussing learning paths with potential prospects;
  • Handling information requests, brochure requests from potential prospects and arranging for a follow-up after the information has been shared;
  • Researching accounts, identify key players, generate interest;
  • Having a good understanding of customer needs and requirements;
  • Proactively ensure turnover with existing and new customers;
  • Accurately recording customer data, interview reports and follow-up actions in our CRM system;
  • Answering training questions and conducting advisory discussions;
  • Working in close collaboration with the Marketing team, providing sales feedback and sharing growth opportunities.

Who are you?

You bring 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager, experience in B2B sales and the ability to deliver enthusiasm to overachieve on revenue targets. In addition, our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor or Masters education
  • Account management experience
  • Strong phone presence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch & English. Any additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to quickly adjust and adapt to the circumstances
  • Customer oriented
  • Excellent management skills and being able to determine what has priority (sense of urgency)
  • An independent and proactive work attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow and succeed. You are always looking for new ways of working and ways to develop our portfolio.
  • Experience in managing CRM HubSpot or similar
  • Available for minimum 32 to maximum 40 hours a week, preferably living in or around Amsterdam;
