Agile Team Facilitation (ICP – ATF)

Whether it's a retro with a Scrum team or a Value Stream Budgeting session with senior management: Agile coaches need to facilitate team sessions. Facilitating these sessions involves guiding delicate decision making, balancing group dynamics with individual inspiration, managing time and using appropriate tools.

This two-day training will hand you all the tools to lift any group event to an exceptional level. You will learn to:

• Design a powerful facilitation guide using proven practices and templates​

• Understand the importance of facilitation and a facilitation mindset in an Agile context​

• Acquire a suite of methods and instrumentals to enhance session delivery​

• Learn how to facilitate for full participation through collaborative conversations/meetings​

The ICP-ATF course is ideal for ambitious and experienced Agile professionals who want to step up their game and become highly skilled facilitators. We do recommend that you in some way have at least one year experience with the Agile principles.

To make the most of this training, we recommend you have at least one year experience with the Agile principles or working in the role of Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Leader or Agile Coach. In preparation for the course we ask you to refresh your Scrum knowledge and read an article about the 5 principles of team facilitation.
