Program two-day training

The training days run from 9 am to 5 pm, including a break.


Day 1: Design Thinking #1 

During the first day you will become familiar with Design Thinking. It starts with you really applying yourself to the customer and learning the techniques necessary for identifying the customers’ needs and motivations.

Day 2: Design Thinking #2

Day two will focus on the process itself and learning how to apply design thinking within your team in a practical manner. Finally, you would be able to bring about change, regardless of the time and the size of the problem.
