The program offers a solution for beginning and experienced Agile coaches who want to develop themselves in the coach profession. While broadening your coaching expertise and knowledge about Agile transformations you will be ready to guide teams and individuals.
During this Agile Coach bootcamp you will learn:

The Agile Coach program lasts 12 days in which three levels are completed to fully train you to become an certified Agile Coach:
- Foundation – Introduction to Agile Coaching – 4 Days
- Practioner – Deep dive in the Agile context – 4 Days
- Advanced – Coaching the Agile transformation– 4 Days
Another option is to join the practitioner of advanced module on its own. Starting from the Practioner or Advanced level is possible depending on your experience. Prior to the start, a personal intake interview will take place with you and the senior lecturer. In this converstaion all details concerning the training program will be discussed, such as expectations and level and training needs, in order to best tailor the training to your learning needs.

Program – Twelve days
The training days run from 9 am to 5 pm, including a break.
Week 1: Foundation –Introduction to Agile coaching (day 1 to 4)
Starting point of the personalized coaching program. Every coaching trajectory originates from a coaching need. This is our starting point for the training. By means of learning by doing we reflect on talents by experimenting with different coaching styles. In this way you explore what style relates to you most. A next step would be exploring the context around the coaching question.
Week 2: Practitioner – Deep dive in the Agile context (day 5 to 8)
The second module goes one step deeper. We keep exploring the Agile context and dynamics surrounding the coaching interactions. Your personal, and other peoples talent will be mapped. We build a toolkit full of interventions you want to use as a coach. While getting a deeper understanding of the Agile context you develop yourself as a coach moving from the operational to tactical and strategical level.
Week 3: Advanced – Coaching the Agile transformation (day 9 to 12)
Uncover the full potential of the Agile coach. Meant for the more experience coach we explore leadership styles and group dynamics impacting Agile transitions. We bridge the impact of the Agile way of working to leadership environments and compare this with best practices out of Agile transformations. During this last stage we connect tools with the talents and knowledge discovered by the group.

Agile professionals with the ambition to become an independent Agile coach. We request a minimum of 1 year experience in the role of Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile coach or practical work experience with the Agile principles.
