Martin Andreev is a transformation consultant and SPC trainer. He holds a master’s degree in Strategic Management from Tilburg University, with a specialization in Strategic Consultancy.
Martin has more than 8 years of work experience in consulting, (IT) project and product management, and business analysis. Thanks to his professional experience, combined with his leadership capabilities acquired by being a captain of a university volleyball team in two different countries, his peers acknowledge him to be a true team player with an outstanding ability to motivate others.
Martin is a results-driven and ambitious professional who loves to solve complex problems in challenging environments. Having lived and worked in five different countries, he can easily adapt to new circumstances and environments. Colleagues and clients highly value his diligence and ability to communicate in a clear and transparent manner, which helps him to realize goals that require the involvement of multiple stakeholders.
With both theoretical and practical experience in Agile practices, he is determined to help anyone interested in value-oriented, adaptive, and iterative ways of working. He is a strong believer in the notion that creating value in a constantly and rapidly changing environment is best achieved through building long-term relationships and collaborating towards a common goal.
