Andries Hettema is SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM II), Product Owner, and Agile (team) coach at AgilityMasters.com. He is also a Certified LeSS Practitioner. Andries has done various Agile projects in the telecommunications industry, such as coaching Scrum teams, Agile team coaching, the implementation of DevOps, and training international teams. He has a Master's degree in Industrial Design Engineering (acquired in Delft, the Netherlands).
Andries is a positive, open, and accurate person. He finds his challenge in making Agile values and principles practical within teams.
Outside of his work, Andries is a passionate musician and singer who loves spending time with his family. He is chairman of the parent committee at his children's school.
