Ali Hajou is Trainer at Gladwell Academy and SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT).
He mainly fulfills the roles of Agile Coach, Trainer, and Agile Change Agent in Agile Transformations. His practical experiences allows him to enrich trainings with real examples rather than solely focusing on theory.
Ali has carried out assignments in the pharmaceutical, financial, and public services industries, among others. In these projects Ali had the privilege to support, various development and management teams in finding and scaling their Agile Way of Working.
He has experienced the advantages of iterative product development that include the development of hardware and software components in the pharmaceutical industry, the semiconductor industry, and more. Ali helped them find their own Agile Way of Working, as 'the standard practices' do not always apply 'right out-the-box'.
His special interest lies in the applicability of agile practices within highly documentative environments and enterprises with strict corporate governance, in which he has practical as well as academic experience. He is determined to help anyone that is interested in value oriented, responsive, and iterative ways of working. This resulted in various academic papers that have been published at conferences in Paris and in Guimaraēs (Portugal). Additionally, he was invited to speak at various conferences such as the ISPE GAMP CoP about agile in high governance environments.
Ali is a certified SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT), and he is qualified to teach and examine for all Scaling Agile training courses.
