Ali Hajou is a Trainer at Gladwell Academy and a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT).
Ali gives trainings using his experiences from the trenches. As a consultant, he has employed multiple roles, ranging from Agile Coach, Agile Change Agent, and Transformation Lead, in order to lead, manage, and organize large Agile Transformations. His Agile experience goes back to 2009, whilst his experience with scaling Agile goes back to 2015. The use of practical examples, interpretations, and the sharing of the many hurdles encountered and mistakes made along the way are reported to be an integral asset in his trainings. His ability to provide great trainings, combined with his proven track record of experience, has made him the youngest SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) globally.
His interest lies primarily in sculpting Agile methods, practices, and approaches within non-trivial, complex, and highly governed enterprises. It is his personal challenge to find out how Agile can bring value to the local context. This has brought him to publish various academic articles, and he is regularly asked to speak at conferences to share about the real impact of Agile in big organisations.
Ali is a certified SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT), and he is qualified to teach and examine for all Scaling Agile training courses.
