RTE Summit 2023 (8th edition)

November 7, 2023 and November 8, 2023
Venue: PHIL Haarlem
For RTEs by RTEs, this is your event! It's an opportunity to connect with fellow RTE professionals, gain valuable insights, and stay ahead as an RTE.

Have a sneak peek at the event location:

Theme: Back to the Future!

This year's "Back to the Future" theme was chosen with the aim of looking back on previous years and returning to the real heart and soul of both RTEs and the Summit as a whole. At the same time, we aim to look ahead towards the future. For the next evolution of the RTE, which goes beyond frameworks, we should continuously challenge ourselves to look beyond the horizon.

As the RTE role becomes more focused on Flow, Coaching, and Leadership, we aim to propel ourselves forwards and lead the way towards high-performance ARTs. The Summit will allow this to happen by providing opportunities to learn, share, and network with fellow RTEs. And obviously guided by ‘Rule Number 6’, we also aim to have a lot of fun & laughter along the way.
